About Kaitlyn

I started working with kids back in middle school babysitting for a family friend. Through the years I have babysat for many different families in the Rochester area and even coached a K-8 recreational volleyball team while playing varsity volleyball at Rochester Adams High school. My babysitting took a pause to attend Michigan State University in 2019. The pandemic hit early spring of my freshman year. After the pandemic I was able to continue working with kids as a physical therapy technician at Team Rehabilitation's Lansing and Rochester Hills locations, and also garnered pediatric shadowing experience at DMC Children's Hospital Rehabilitation center in Novi. I was accepted into all three doctor of physical therapy programs I applied to in Michigan and chose to attend Oakland University in the fall of 2025. One of my aspirations is to one day become a pediatric physical therapist. I have a 18-month-old niece who is one of the lights of my life!
