I interviewed Kaitlyn both on the phone and in person. She was very responsive and seemed great but then after the in person interview completely ghosted me after sending a message about her meeting my kids and moving forward. It's fine if she was no longer interested in our position, but I found it extremely unprofessional and rude to not communicate anything at all. What a waste of my time and hers! I figured I had dodged a bullet because if this is how someone is going to conduct themselves during the interview process, they aren't going to be reliable for an actual nanny position. Overall very disappointing!
