About Kaitlyn

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, lighthearted, and genuine I've pretty much grown up looking after kids around me whether it was my sister or the kids in my neighborhood. As for a professional setting, it's been almost a year and a half at my current job. In my spare time, I either play volleyball, go to the gym, play video games, read, film or take photos at events, and help out around the house with errands. One thing you should know about me is that I am very honest and genuine with my work. I make sure that communication stays consistent with whatever is going on and that I put a lot of care and effort into what I do. My skills include de-escalation in moments of strong emotions, providing guidance after de-escalation, and maintaining a peaceful environment.
