About Kaitlyn

Hi, I'm Kaitlyn! My passion for working with children has continuously grown throughout the years. I have over 7 years of experience. The beginning of my journey, I started off as a teacher's assistant for children and grades k-12 focusing on children with special needs, trauma response, and behavioral correction. The last several years I have worked with children in residential group homes whom have been neglected and abandoned. With a background in trauma responses, I create an engaging and nurturing atmosphere where kids can feel safe and encouraged. My CPR and First Aid certifications ensure a secure environment for all. I am currently looking to go back to school for nursing and would like to find a position that would give me stability, yet, provide flexibility while in school. I would love to help your littles grow their minds and motor skills by enjoying days with activities whether outside in nature, art & crafts, reading, homework, play time, sports etc.
