About Kaitlyn

I'm a creative and love doing crafts. I have a wide variety of different childcare and educational experiences for ages 2+. I have both formal education in early childhood education as well as previous employment in accredited daycares and CCPS schools. I have been working with children professionally for over five years. I find myself to be patient, nurturing, and engaging to the children in my care and value getting to know each child on an individual level. This helps me better understand, communicate, and form a relationship with your child. I am able to take care of meal times, diapering, potty training according to your routines, nap/sleep schedules, and other duties as needed. I enforce the rules and routines of the household as you lay them out to me and want my time with your children to be structured and safe, while also fun and enjoyable.
