About Kaitlyn

I am a 19-year-old psychology major at Millersville University. I am interested babysitting kids from ages 1-11. I've had some previous experiences with babysitting my brother, parents coworker's children, and volunteering at Vacation Bible School camps. I'd describe my personality as patient with children, kind, respectful, and empathetic. I like working with kids because I am studying to be in the psychology field to work with kids and adolescents. I'm looking for a job that I am able to gain experience with working with adolescents. One thing you should know about me is I am looking to watch and care for neurodivergent children. I myself am neurodivergent and understand how the children's minds function. I am looking for a career that involves with helping and working with children who are neurodivergent and have different types of mental disorders. My skills include patience, a good work ethic, diligence, and empathy.
