About Kaitlyn

I am the 2nd child of 7, so I have been helping care for kids my whole life! I have always had an interest in childcare, teaching, and child development, as well as many other subjects such as science and art. I have experience babysitting and I have been working in a child care center for the past year and a half. A majority of that time I spent working as a lead teacher in an infant room and I have had lots of time and experience there with ages 6 weeks to 10 years old. Since then I have been babysitting and nannying for kids infant to young school age. Outside of working, I love exploring nature, baking, many types of art and making crafts, music, science, and hanging out with my friends playing games or going on adventures. I love to incorporate many different activities and experiences in my work in childcare such as art, exploring nature, science experiments for appropriate ages and sensory activities for the younger ones!
