About Kaitlyn

Hi! I'm Kaitlyn! I'm currently 24 years old and have experience in childcare as well as direct case management experience with foster youth. Within my 3 years of childcare experience, I worked as an assistant teacher, head toddler teacher, school age teacher, and preschool teacher. The years within this role allowed me to work with infants as young as 6 weeks and youths as old as 12 years. Although I no longer work in childcare settings, in my case managerial experience with foster youth, I worked directly with youth ages 5-18. I have experience with youth experiencing autism, adhd and other disabilities or behavioral struggles. My motto is always empathy, kindness, and finding the root cause of any issues presenting but I will always follow your lead as the parent.
