Kaitlyn was very kind for the few weeks we worked with her - totaling around 6 weeks. Two weeks she cancelled due to illness, which we understood. Then she quit giving us 2 hours notice. The reliability and extremely short notice were very difficult for us when trying to rely on help for our daughter while both parents work.
