Kaitlyn has been amazing with my 12 year old Autism spectrum son. She was very responsible and took ownership and great pride in bonding with my son. She did overnights for my traveling work schedule. My son starting looking forward to her visits and missed her when she was gone. Wish we could have hired her full time.
