I am an Early Childhood education major at ISU with a special ed endorsement. I have experience nannying for a child with autism, I know basic sign language, and have a desire to learn more and gain more experience with all disabilities. While I do not have extensive experience I do have a lot of knowledge about special needs, specifically, autism, ADHD, sensory processing disorder, visual impairments, and hearing impairments. I am not intimidated by special needs and I love to help people who society labels as "atypical" feel just a bit more normal.
