Hello, In 2014 I had my first position of caring for a young man with special needs. He was about 24 years old but cognitively about three years. I enjoyed caring for him and continued over the years to support other families with children who have special needs. I've worked with a few children in various age groups with higher and lower functions of autism, and I've also cared for children with ADD and ODD. I'm willing to do the extra research and steps needed to support who I care for and the guardian(s) who are employing me for support. I'm open to expanding my experience in this field and would like to hear from you if your loved one has special needs and you're looking for a reliable and compassionate caregiver.
