About Kaitlyn

As a caregiver, my primary goal is to foster children's growth and development. I've been a childcare provider for three years, and I'm passionate about nurturing children's creativity and curiosity. With a background in early childhood development, I create a safe and nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive. I'm skilled at engaging children in educational and fun activities, such as outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I also provide written daily reports and communicate verbally at pickup to keep parents informed about their child's day. While I'm somewhat comfortable enforcing household rules, I believe in open communication and collaboration with parents to ensure a consistent and positive upbringing. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children of all ages and have experience working with special needs children. With my First Aid and CPR training, I prioritize safety and well-being.
