Kaitlyn has provided occasional childcare for my family for over 10 years. She is patient and gentle with kids in her care, but not a pushover. She thinks of fun and creative activity options but lets the children participate in the final decision about what they should do. She is calm and capable. Kaitlyn provides quick updates if we text her while we are out and she is caring for our child. She is great with children of all ages, and confidently handles daytime and nighttime routines. Our daughter considers her a 'big cousin' or 'older sister' and we are very grateful for their close relationship.
