I hired Kaitlyn to care for my special needs son who is diagnosed with autism. He can be very difficult at times because of his meltdowns and challenging behaviors. Especially with a new caregiver. After the first day I knew Kaitlyn was more than capable of caring for him. She is very intelligent, mature, and came up with many activities for my son. I highly recommend her.
