I am a very outgoing and caring person who is passionate about working with children. I have worked with high profile and high networth families. I have traveled extensively with previous families before as well. I have worked with kiddos of all ages ranging in newborn to 14 years old. I recently graduated from the University of Utah with two bachelor's degrees in psychology and family, community and human development. My schedule is more flexible during the day if I am able to bring my 4-month-old son and would be willing to reduce my rate to $25 an hour. I would not need to bring him if you're looking for help during evenings and weekends. I am able to provide references if needed, have a clean driving record and CPR certified. Thank you!

Kaitlin is beyond incredible in every way. She is moving to Florida and I have no idea how anyone else could ever compare to her. My children love her like a favorite aunt and I adore her like a little sister. She is so caring and attentive with children and pets. I cannot count the times she would go out of her way to help me run errands with my kids without me asking, as well as scheduling appointments, showing up with treats and thoughtful gifts, just because. Kaitlin treats the kids she watches as if they are her own. She treats them like equals and speaks to them with total love and respect. She is FUN and always taking my kids to do interesting things. She finds out what fun things are going on in our community and always has something creative planned to do. She's a goer and does not like sitting around. She takes my kids outdoors and keeps them busy with all sorts of activities. She is safe, responsible, trustworthy, and kind. Florida is SO lucky to have her.
