About Kaitlin

Hi, my name is Kaitlin! I'm a recent graduate with a B. S. in Psychology and am preparing for graduate school to become a child and adolescent therapist. Working with kids has always been my passion, and I've gained valuable hands-on experience in various roles. I spent two years as a lead teacher at a daycare, working with children from infancy to school age. I also worked as a Registered Behavior Technician, providing therapy to children with autism, where I learned individualized strategies to support their development. Most recently, I completed a six-month nannying role for a6-month-old baby, focusing on creating a nurturing, enriching environment while helping the baby reach milestones. I'm CPR-certified, trained in first aid, and committed to safety, reliability, and open communication. My goal is to create a loving, supportive space where children can thrive.
