Kaitlin has been such a gift to our family as I rejoined the workforce after many years. She is an early bird so you never have to worry about her not being there on time. She is kind and fun but still know how to be the boss when the kids need it. The kids always ended the day tired from all the trips to the pool and park with Kaitlin. She is brilliant and goes above and beyond to help out our family.
