About Kaitlin

Hi! I'm Kaitlin, I have passion for nurturing children's growth and well-being. Caring for my brother who recently became wheelchair bound taught me the value of patience, empathy, and resilience-qualities I bring with every child I care for. With two years' experience as a Behavioral Technician I have worked with children on the autism spectrum and related disorders, primarily ages three to 14. In that role, I frequently led group sessions and organized engaging activities including sports, crafts, and educational projects that fostered creativity and teamwork. I'm graduating soon with dual bachelor's degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice, furthering my understanding of human development and behavior management. I keep my phone tucked away during caregiving-using it solely to contact parents-so that my complete focus remains on the children's safety and happiness.
