It has been fortunate to have Kaitlin to work with us for the past several years. Her position as a teacher assistant has many components from helping children learn social skills to setting up activities to sweeping the floor. Kaitlin is willing to do any of these tasks and more, cheerfully and competently. Through her time working with the staff, she has absorbed much about child development, including appropriate expectations and consequences. Kaitlin has developed warm relationships with the children and the teachers consider her to be an important part of the team. Also, I appreciated her dependability, so it is important when working with children and families. With her friendly disposition, caring nature and reliability, Kaitlin is a great candidate for a position as a child care provider.
