About Kaiti

Hello! My name is Kaiti and I absolutely love working with children. I am a passionate young woman, an enthusiastic advocate for young children, and an exceptionally caring teacher. I have nannied, taught swim lessons, coached, and currently teach as an elementary Montessori guide. My work ethic has proven itself over the years in a multitude of capacities, as I have taken the initiative to begin my own dance studio in New Glarus, to head up an early childhood movement program for an accredited childcare center, to further my own professional development through several courses, conferences, and trainings pertaining to early childhood education. I am a Montessori-certified teacher and have 13 years of classroom experience working with ages 3-12. I grew up in a family of five and have been babysitting since age 12. I firmly believe in speaking up for early childhood education and defending the rights and dignity of the human person of all ages.
