About Kaira

Hello! My name is Kaira and I'm looking for a position as a nanny this summer (mid May - mid Aug). I am a Nursing student w/ a Health Psychology minor at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities, expected to graduate in 2028. During the school year I work at MiniApple Int'l Montessori (Minneapolis location) as a Teacher's Aide, primarily in our infant classrooms, but I also work with our toddler and pre-k age groups regularly. I absolutely love my job, but will be back home in Eagan over the summer and am looking for something closer to home! As a part of my requirements for work at MiniApple, I am fully first aid/CPR/AED certified for infants - adults, and I have completed a variety of trainings related to child development, infant nutrition, etc. in order to be in compliance with the MN DHS. I've been at MiniApple since Oct 2024. It's the first licensed center I've worked at, but I've babysat since high school and have 11 nieces and nephews (so far!) who I've cared for regularly!
