About Kailey

Hi! My name is Kailey and I'm an EMT at Superior as well as on a local Fire Department. I am currently about to be in Paramedic School (Beginning in August), and work night shifts in the meantime. My schedule beginning 8/19 is: class M, W 6-10p and I work Tuesday 8pm-7 a.m. In 2021 I moved in with my ill grandmother to help care for her until her death in 2023. At Superior, I work with many dementia/Alzheimer's patients as well as those with mobility difficulties. I have assisted families in the past with elder care, and find it very rewarding! Many forget that despite disease and illness, the elderly are still people with feelings, and I make sure to treat them as such! I also just obtained my arts degree and graduated Summa Cum Laude, with this degree I focused on general knowledge, science and child development. I am first aid and AED certified as a BLS provider, and am state and nationally licensed as an EMT-B. I have my own car and am comfortable with pets, also.
