During the interview, Kailey seemed great. She was responsive, knowledgeable and eager to work. We quickly hired her to be our nanny for the month. But then she repeatedly requested to delay her start date by a day or two, citing various reasons. We accommodated her, despite desperately needing the care. Ultimately, after a week of dragging us along and without any notice, she just didn't show up to work. She has not responded to further messages or phone calls. If you are considering hiring Kailey, please be cautious. I would hate for Kailey to take advantage of another family.
