I've always dreamed of being a mom, and my ability to love and care for children has always come naturally to me. Their curious minds, the joy of milestones, and their excitement of new discoveries- this is my why! Children are a gift and being part of these moments fill me with purpose. For the past 9 months, I've had the joy of caring for my sweet 10-month-old nephew, and for the last 7 years, I've supported a variety of families, including newborns, twins, and unique health needs. I believe in nurturing children with a hands-on, engaging, and screen-free approach. I also believe it's important to connect with children on their level- whether it's floor play, stimulating activities, or outdoor exploration, I aim to provide meaningful interaction and encourage growth. My Christian faith is the foundation of who I am and guides every aspect of my life. I cherish bonding with children and would love the opportunity to pour into your children's lives!

Kailey has been nothing short of a blessing! She has been caring for our baby since he was just 2 months old, and it is clear she has a natural gift and a true love for children. She has an ability to soothe, a calm demeanor, is very attentive and engaging, and has an incredibly nurturing personality. The biggest gift Kailey has given us is peace of mind. Knowing our child is in such good and loving hands releases all of our worries. One of the things we appreciate most about Kailey is how much she prioritizes his well-being. She follows a structured yet flexible routine that aligns with his natural rhythm, ensuring he gets the sleep, nourishment, and stimulation he needs to thrive. For the first month of our son's life, he was in the NICU and had multiple surgeries. He required an ostomy bag for 5 months, and Kailey was able to seamlessly adapt to his medical needs and managing his care. Whether it’s tummy time, reading, or sensory exploration, she always finds ways to nurture his curiosity and development. We are so lucky to have her!
