For the past 10 months, I've had the joy of caring for my sweet 12-month-old nephew, and for the last 7 years, I've supported a variety of families, including newborns, twins, and a baby with unique health needs. I believe in a hands-on, engaging, and screen-free approach when it comes to caring for children. I think it's important to connect with them on their level- whether it's floor play, stimulating activities, or exploring outside, I always try to create moments that help them learn. grow, and feel loved. Kailey has been nothing short of a blessing! She has been caring for our baby since he was just 2 months old, and it is clear she has a natural gift and a true love for children. She has an ability to soothe, a calm demeanor, is very attentive and engaging, and has an incredibly nurturing personality. The biggest gift Kailey has given us is peace of mind. Knowing our child is in such good and loving hands releases all of our worries. One of the things we appreciate most about Kailey is how much she prioritizes his well-being. She follows a structured yet flexible routine that aligns with his natural rhythm, ensuring he gets the sleep, nourishment, and stimulation he needs to thrive. For the first month of our son's life, he was in the NICU and had multiple surgeries. He required an ostomy bag for 5 months, and Kailey was able to seamlessly adapt to his medical needs and managing his care. Whether it’s tummy time, reading, or sensory exploration, she always finds ways to nurture his curiosity and development. We are so lucky to have her!
