Hey! I'm Kaileigh and I've been working in child care for almost three years now! I love watching children learn and grow each day! I have worked in two different child care facilities. I worked as a lead teacher in a classroom with infants who were both special needs and typically functioning. I am able to assist with feeding tubes and anything else you may need. I also was a co-teacher for 4-year-olds so I have had experience with a lot of the younger ages. I have a car so I am willing to take the children places and run errands. I also love all animals and would be more than happy to help take care of them as well!

Kaileigh is very sweet. She committed to work for us for the summer and we really enjoyed having her here, but after a few weeks she quit with no notice forcing me to take 2-wks off to try and find a new nanny. Her reason: when my two year old has a tantrum, she disliked when we come in to assist. We had no idea that bothered her, she said our intervention was a clear sign that we didn't think she was incapable, but that was not what we think or feel at all. We intervened because we love our child and we know how difficult it is when she is having an emotional upset. We cared both for the nanny and our child well-being. I kindly explained that I think this is a misunderstanding and we never would mean to have her feel that way. We apologized, asked if we could find a solution but she just never replied.
