About Kailee

Hello, My name is Kailee and throughout my prior child care experience I have worked with many different ages and abilities. I have been babysitting and volunteering in my church since I was little and grew up surrounded by teachers in my family that has reached me a lot. I also worked coaching gymnastics for around 4 years where I managed our summer camp program and taught ages 1-14. It was here that I learned my CPR and FirstAid training! Personally I love to work with kids because of how rewarding it is, getting to seeing their development in aspects like cognitive and emotional abilities is very fascinating to me. Currently I am in college at WSU seeking out an education degree so I can become a teacher. I have always worked with kids and in the last year where I have been doing that less I feel as though i'm lacking a sense of accomplishment. Working with kids can be hard but it's for that reason that I can handle what's thrown at me and go home thinking it was a good day.
