About Kaila

I have worked with autistic children. I am motivated by my passion for nurturing children's growth & development. I've had positive experiences in previous babysitting roles & want to make a positive impact on children's lives. I'm known for being patient, creative, & friendly. I communicate with parents about their child's day & any issues that arise through verbal communication when you come home, regular text updates, or phone calls, whichever they prefer. I follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. I enjoy playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, & educational games that promote learning.
