About Kaila

As a caring and responsible childcare provider with four years of experience, I'm enthusiastic about nurturing children's growth and development. My calm and creative nature allows me to engage children in a variety of fun and educational activities, such as outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I believe in open communication with parents and will provide daily written reports or use their preferred communication method to discuss their child's day and address any concerns. Regarding household rules, I follow the parents' lead to ensure consistency for the children. I'm comfortable caring for up to three children between the ages of one and five and am happy to help with carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision.
