I recently hired Kaila for a ride to a medical procedure. She has a congenial demeanor that is approachable (on our way to the surgical center) but also knows when to be quiet (on our way back when I was woozy and asleep). Despite my job being a short, one-time, early morning task, she still presented herself professionally. She is also extremely efficient and meticulous: she not only confirmed the day before my pickup, but she also confirmed when she was on her way to my house. She is very good with directions and the use of GPS. I would expect that her varied employment background would help her adapt to difficult and unexpected situations. I highly recommend her and would not hesitate to hire her for long-term work.
