About Kaila

Hello, my name is Kaila and I'm 23 years old. I have 6 years of experience caring for other children outside of my family. I've cared for children from the ages of newborn-13 years old. Throughout my years of providing childcare, I've had experience with making bottles, changing diapers, giving baths, and teaching young children shapes, colors, and numbers; also I've assisted older children with school work. I also have some experience in working with a child who has special needs, at first working with her was a challenge but I learned ways that helped her communicate better and was able to adapt very quickly. Caring for children is a passion of mine that I'd like to continue, it brings me joy when I'm able to see the positive impact I have on children.
