About Kaila

I'm a childcare provider with a passion for fostering children's growth and development. With about five years under my belt of coaching pard softball and high school softball, I have the skills and expertise to provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for your child. My friendly and approachable nature allows me to connect easily with children and build strong relationships with them. I have experience in playing a variety of games with children, including outdoor sports, board games, and educational games. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules and teaching children about the importance of following them. When it comes to communication, I believe in keeping parents informed about their child's day. I provide regular updates via text or phone call and follow the parents' preferred communication method. I'm happy to help with additional tasks such as carpooling, light housekeeping, and travel.
