Hi I'm Kaila! I have gained experience working with children through being a gymnastics coach for the past 4 years (including working summer camps), interning as a teacher assistant at an elementary school, and babysitting family. I have also nannied throughout this past summer! I am CPR certified and have experience driving my younger siblings to and from all their activities. My biggest strengths is safety, responsibility, and punctuality. Those are my top priorities when watching children and of course doing my best to keep them happy and entertained. I am currently a student at VCU majoring in Elementary Education, I want to become a teacher! I am available to babysit in Springfield VA, when I am home on breaks and some weekends! In my spare time, I like to hang out with friends and I enjoy doing cheerleading and gymnastics.

We are so grateful to find Kaila this summer! She is very caring, fun and incorporated the education component into babysitting! She is very delightful, diligent, punctual and reliable. We are very happy about her service. My 9 and 5 years old kids love spending time with her. Would definitely like to work with her in the future.
