Hi I'm Kaila! I have gained experience working with children through being a gymnastics coach for the past 4 years (including working summer camps), assistant teaching internships, and afterschool/summer nannying. I am also CPR certified and have my drivers license. I have my own reliable transportation and can drive children to and from school/ activities. My biggest strengths is safety, responsibility, punctuality. Those are my top priorities when watching children and of course doing my best to keep them happy and entertained. Currently I am an Elementary Education major and a Cheerleader at VCU! During the summer, school breaks and some weekends I am available in the Springfield VA area. Throughout most of the school year I am available in the Richmond area. In my spare time, I like to hang out with friends and doing crafts.

We are so grateful to find Kaila this summer! She is very caring, fun and incorporated the education component into babysitting! She is very delightful, diligent, punctual and reliable. We are very happy about her service. My 9 and 5 years old kids love spending time with her. Would definitely like to work with her in the future.
