About Kaia

I developed a passion for working with children when I was 15 years old through my work as a lifeguard and teaching swimming lessons to kids of different ages. I was a highly competitive swimmer from 5 to 17, which was an excellent foundation for my future coaching endeavors. I worked as an after-school teacher for six months, teaching a class of 9-12-year-olds. During this time, I learned valuable skills such as maintaining focus, handling academic differences, managing social dynamics and conflicts, and balancing discipline with positive reinforcement. For 8 months, I was a full time nanny for a single mom and 5-year-old boy whom I still nanny for on occasion! Currently, I am in school for a degree in Accounting and Finance, but I am available for date night bookings/weekends needed.
