About Kaelyn

For the past 3 years I have been thriving in the childcare field, finding myself engaged in every days work. I have experience in babysitting infants-toddlers, assistant teaching a preschool classroom, and after school care from ages 5-14. I am very flexible in the way I handle situations, and interact with children. From mostly working in large groups of kids, I have experience in a huge variety of approaches to cater to a child's personality and needs. I can keep it quiet and less stimulating or energetic and fun. Household rules are entirely up to the parents and I do not mind enforcing as they seem fit. I would prefer knowing the rules that are held as well as the consequences for breaking those rules, so we can keep things more consistent and less stressful for the child(ren). I am CPR/ First Aid certified and I am comfortable caring for any range of children, from any age, amount, personality or needs. Feel free to ask any questions about my qualifications or experience.
