Scheduled a meet and greet prior to confirming job. Kaelyn was very responsive, but did not show up for the meet and greet. I reached out to make sure everything was ok and we rescheduled because she stated she had an emergency come up. She suggested another time the following day - and also did not show up. Very disappointed as her credentials seem perfect for our pet sitting needs. Lack of follow though and professionalism with communicating.
