Covid Cautious, CPR and First Aid Certified! I have spent the two years working at an accredited daycare. Initially, I was hired as an assistant to work with the little ones 6mth. I was, reading, doing artwork, tummy time, changing diapers and keeping all 8 children on a schedule either figured out by the teachers and/ or parents. After showing enormous attention to detail when it came to keeping track of each child's development and growth, I was asked to move up with those closer to becoming 1yr olds. Soon after, I learned about writing curriculum for the class, and mastered working with each individual child. I was quickly promoted to become a Lead Teacher in the 1-2yr olds. I was in charge of writing curriculum each week. Putting together bulletin boards that show off our activities and growth. We also practiced learning colors and new words, making art in its many forms, and above all else: providing the best possible care for each child.
