About Kaedin

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, patient, and empathetic. Kids are so full of life and eager to learn new things about the world around them. I have always been an adventurous person with lots of energy, so being around kids has always felt very natural to me. I started working with kids when I was 14. Growing up in a very small mountain town, I would watch a lot the younger kids in the summer when our parents would be at work. As I got older, I would sit for other family's in the county- going for walks, bike rides, swimming, etc. I have also done overnights, and week long periods I am a very patient person, which is very helpful when it comes to looking after kiddos. I'm able to calmly work through discrepancies and ensure everyone feels heard and seen. I am a raft guide in the summer, so I am CPR and first aid certified. I'm able to keep a level head in stressful situations, and know how to have fun while keeping things as safe as possible.
