About Kadynce

Hi! My name is Kade (Kadynce) Youngs. I'm currently a Freshman at Ferris State University. I've worked in a daycare for 2. 5 years and have also been a nanny for 2 families. With three years of experience caring for children of all ages, I have a deep understanding of the importance of patience, creativity, and open communication. I keep parents informed about their child's day and any issues that arise, using their preferred method of communication. I'm comfortable enforcing household rules and ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. My favorite games to play with children include educational games that promote learning, as well as outdoor sports and board games. I'm happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, light housekeeping, travel, and any other supervision needed. I'm CPR and First Aid certified.
