We hired Kadija and scheduled for her to come on a certain day, and that day came and she did not show up and did not give notice. When I texted her later to see if everything was okay she informed me that her circumstanced changed and she was no longer available. As a result, we do not have help lined-up yet for the school year which starts tomorrow.
