Hello Potential Parents- Allow me to introduce Myself, my passion and my standards! I'm Kadijah and I'm 30 years old- believe it or not, I've been caring for children more than half of my life. (It's so funny to say that considering I'm so young) My passion- however, started at the age of 11. I started off as a Peer Leader working at a nearest Daycare catering to low income families. My mind was completely blown at the growth of these children let alone the happiness that I was able to bring into their lives! Holy moly! From this moment, as a child myself- I KNEW that I was going to impact the world one day! I continued in my position as a Peer Leader for the next 4 years- then blossomed in roles as Lead Teachers in licensed Preschools. Although teaching is my passion- I was granted the opportunity to Direct a preschool! I learned great and very useful tips to set In place when I open the doors to my preschool!
