About Kadiatou

I'd describe my personality as fun, assertive and reliable I like working with kids because they keep me young, and we learn from eachother. I'm looking for a job that provide leadership opportunities, expand my adaptive skills, and continue effective communication. I started working with kids when I started working with kids since my first year of summer youth which was about 14 years old. In my spare time, I like to perfect my skills in makeup. I love makeup artistry and I also love making delicious dishes. One thing you should know about me is that caring for children is second hand nature for me. My mother had 9 kids, and I have 5 younger siblings. I took care of my siblings for those years she went back to work. She trusts me more than all my other older siblings. My skills include fast problem solving skills, fast decision making and the most important to me which is assertiveness. I'm very patient especially when letting kids express how they are feeling in the moment.
