Hi! I'm a career nanny working in a nanny share with 5 toddles. One is leaving to be home with his mama. This opens up a part time spot. Availability is Tuesday-Thursday. We have an established location in Mount Vernon on a fully fenced 1/4 acre. There are dogs and guinea pigs on the property. I have over 20 years of experience working with kids in addition to raising 3 of my own. The oldest two are out thriving in the world and the youngest (he's 12) homeschools. I prepare breakfast, lunch and snacks. Most everything is organic and we avoid processed food as much as we can. We have a large veggie and flower garden that the kids help harvest from. We spend our days outside as much as possible. We also do art, reading, age appropriate academic activities (say that 10 time fast!) and dance parties. I put a lot of emphasis on clear communication, kindness, and laughter. My approach with kids is steeped in the Montessori method of learning. I'd love to discuss your care needs.
