I was a counselor for kids and families experiencing trauma for 2 years before shifting paths to nannying. I love children and find so much joy and fulfillment in helping raise thoughtful, kind humans. I've worked with a range of ages, from 12 months to 12+ years. I like to engage with kiddos through imaginative play, reading, and exploring the outdoors, but I can easily cater to kids' individual interests. Kacey has been absolutely incredible to our family. She has nannied by son for almost two years and the only reason she is leaving us is because I decided to take a step back from work. She is kind, reliable, trustworthy, great with pets, loves my kid, and is the best person we could have imagined welcoming into our family. You will not regret hiring Kacey to care for your littles. She is great with imaginative play and my son loves his time with her. She also sees chores that need to be done and just takes care of them without needing to be asked. We will continue to use Kacey for babysitting and dog sitting moving forward because I can't imagine trusting anyone more than her!
