-RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE- -Personal assistant & nanny to mother & her 4 teens: 3 months (seasonal job) -Chrysalis, Inc. Direct Support Staff for teens, adults & seniors with special needs: 7+ years -Coaching (martial arts, parkour, recreational gymnastics, fitness), with 3 years as the youth program director & head youth coach for my mixed martial arts gym. Total coaching experience combined: 14 years -ABOUT ME- Hey I'm Justus! As an elementary schooler, assisting my mother in her daycare business & watching The Karate Kid, I found two of my biggest passions... martial arts & working with people! Especially if that involves assisting others to achieve their potential & feel fulfilled. I have found much of my own fulfillment of those passions through coaching, with competing professionally & caretaking to add to that fulfillment.
