Justine was our full-time nanny for 4 years starting when my first born was 4 months old, through the birth of our second child, and into toddler hood. I can't really express in this limited space what Justine means to our family, but I will try. She is calm and patient, yet sets and holds firm boundaries. She was willing to learn with me as I figured out my parenting style and the various approaches we ended up following (gentle parenting, baby led weaning, etc). She is an excellent and careful driver and hauled my kids all over Atlanta to museums, music classes, playgrounds, and libraries. Justine is incredibly creative and would create games, lessons, and crafts to play with the kids. She constantly talked and read to my kids which I am convinced helped form the incredible vocabulary and early reading skills my kids have today. Overall, we feel so lucky to have had her in our life for so long - she is truly a special and gifted caregiver.
