Hello parents, families and anyone who needs a true Jill of All Trades! I am a seasoned Nanny, Personal Chef and Household Assistant/Manager. I am currently in search of a great family that would love a true domestic lifesaver! I am a seasoned professional Nanny and studied ECE at UC San Diego while earning my B. A. in Psychology. I also spent several years in the Hospitality industry and transitioned into working in private homes as a Household Manager and Personal Chef about 10 years ago. I am incredibly good at connecting with children, finding out what they love and need most, and creating invisible structure everywhere. I can expertly handle multiple tasks at once and pivot without panicking when necessary. I prioritize safety, cleanliness, and respectful boundaries. I have a thoughtful and holistic approach to work and life situations, and understand the importance of flexibility as part of a care team. If you'd like to start a conversation please message me. All the best!

We are so incredibly happy that we found Justine and cannot speak highly enough of her! We started working with her as a full-time caregiver when our son was a few months old and our daughter was 3. She stepped immediately into the role without a hitch, and it became quickly clear that she has extensive experience in caring for children of all ages. She is passionate about making sure that children not only have their basic needs (food, sleep, toileting, etc.) taken care of but also are developing cognitively and socially as well, as she always comes with exciting and age-appropriate activities for both kids to do. Both of our children just adore her and greet her with a smile and a "Justine!" when she steps in the door. Beyond her work with children specifically, she is incredible at maintaining a house. She always makes sure that our laundry is done, that the house is tidy, that the drawers are organized, and that the pets are fed. She is an incredible cook as well and always finds ways to make food that is both nutritious and delicious! She has been extremely flexible in picking up extra hours when we've needed them and has always gone above and beyond to truly meet our needs at all times, even needs that we didn't ask for (such as offering to pick us up from the airport when we were returning from a trip). Interpersonally, she is always prompt, responsive, and easy-going. I could go on and on. In summary: if you are thinking of working with Justine, do not hesitate! We have been so happy to know Justine, and we are certainly that you will be too.
