Hi! I work as a teacher's aide with kids ages 9-10 and have years of experience caring for my siblings and younger cousins. I've always loved working with children and enjoy helping them grow, learn, and explore their creativity through fun activities like crafting and cooking. At my current job, I assist with homework, supervise activities, and lead hands-on projects that encourage learning and self-expression. I'm responsible, caring, and patient, with strong organizational skills and a passion for creating a safe and engaging environment for kids. As a first-generation college student, I'm hardworking and motivated to continue developing my childcare skills. I'm also a fast learner and have excellent communication skills from my experience in customer service roles like Starbucks.
