Greetings! Thank you for viewing my profile. Two movie characters can illustrate my overall childcare mentality. I have always admired Mary Poppins and Fraulein Maria, with their specialized understanding of children's core needs. With safety & security as foundational, they infuse fun into daily activities. They foster belonging, humor, & creativity. They are silly yet serious when the occasion calls for it. They are adaptable & even-keeled. They welcome all forms of kids' communication and incorporate unique needs into decision-making. They are feisty in pursuit of excellence. Fictional characters aside, my skillset is well-attuned for caregiving. I am a mother myself with 4 adult children. I honestly miss the days when they were little & school age. Professionally, I was a CNA for 4. 5 years for ages 1 week - young adulthood, followed by an RN since 2017. The transferable skills are priceless!
